30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you have 30 days from delivery date to return eligible items for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Parts must be unused and in original packaging
• Electrical items must be returned within 15 days
• Special order parts are non-returnable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective or incorrect

How to Initiate a Return

Call us at 1-747-499-5998 or email returns@allpartstractor.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive email confirmation.

Warranty Claims

All parts come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims, contact our support team with your order details and photos of the issue.
